Yes! RazCrypto is a global payment gateway. You can accept USDT, USDC, DAI payments from customers anywhere in the world — no geographical restrictions.
Is KYC required for merchants?
No. RazCrypto does not require KYC verification. Sign up at razcryptogateway.com/user/signup and start accepting payments immediately.
What is the minimum payment amount?
The minimum is 0.01 USDT (or equivalent USDC/DAI) on any supported chain. There is no upper limit.
How long do payments take to confirm?
BSC: 2-3 seconds. Ethereum: 3-5 seconds. Polygon: 2-4 seconds. Our system detects blockchain confirmations in real-time.
Is there a sandbox/test environment?
We recommend testing with small live amounts (0.01 USDT) — this gives you real-world testing at minimal cost. No separate sandbox needed.
What does non-custodial mean?
It means we never hold your funds. Payments go directly to your wallet addresses. You keep 100% control — no withdrawal process needed.
Do you support recurring/subscription payments?
Our API supports subscription tracking via subscription_id and custom_data fields. You create a new payment for each billing cycle — automatic recurring charges are not supported for security reasons.
Why does the payment amount have extra decimals?
We add a small random decimal (e.g. 10.50 → 10.50000646) to uniquely match each blockchain transaction. Settlement and records use this final amount.
What happens if webhook delivery fails?
We retry up to 3 times with exponential backoff. You can also check delivery status via the webhook status API endpoint.
Can I customize the payment page with my branding?
Yes! Go to Dashboard → Branding to upload your logo, set colors, and choose between Direct Hosted Page or advanced Checkout Page templates.
