RazCrypto is a non-custodial payment gateway. This is not merely a feature but the core architectural principle of our service.
What Non-Custodial Means:
- ✓ We never hold your funds - Payments go directly to your wallet
- ✓ We never have private keys - You retain complete control
- ✓ No withdrawal process - Funds are immediately in your possession
- ✓ No custody risk - Your funds aren't affected if our platform goes offline
Your Responsibilities:
- • Securely store your wallet private keys
- • Verify wallet addresses before sharing
- • Monitor your own wallet balances
- • Implement proper security measures
- • Keep backup of recovery phrases

What We Don't Provide
- Custody or wallet services
- Fund management
- Transaction reversal
- Financial advice
- Legal or tax guidance
5. User Obligations & Conduct
As a user of RazCrypto services, you agree to:
Permitted Use:
- ✓ Accept legitimate payments for goods/services
- ✓ Integrate with legal businesses
- ✓ Comply with applicable laws
- ✓ Maintain accurate account information
Prohibited Activities:
- ✗ Illegal or fraudulent activities
- ✗ Money laundering or terrorism financing
- ✗ Scams or pyramid schemes
- ✗ Circumventing security measures
6. Fees & Payment Structure
Zero Transaction Fee Model:
RazCrypto does not charge percentage-based transaction fees. We operate on a credit-based system where you pay only for payment creation attempts.
Fee Structure:
- • No transaction fees on received payments
- • Credit-based pricing for service usage
- • Free credits provided on signup
- • Blockchain gas fees paid by sender (standard network requirement)
Credit Usage:
- 1. 1 credit = 1 payment creation attempt
- 2. Successful payment = 5 credits total
- 3. Failed/expired payment = 1 credit only
- 4. Credits can be purchased as needed
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the RazCrypto platform, including but not limited to:
Our Property
- Software code and algorithms
- API documentation
- Brand names and logos
- Website design and content
- SDK libraries
Your Property
- Your business data
- Customer information
- Transaction records
- Your website content
- Your branding materials
8. Limitation of Liability
Given our non-custodial nature, our liability is limited to the service fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Exclusions of Liability:
- • Blockchain network failures or congestion
- • Cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- • User error in transaction details
- • Loss of private keys or wallet access
- • Force majeure events
- • Actions of third parties
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of service fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination & Suspension
We May Suspend/Terminate:
- • For violation of these terms
- • For fraudulent or illegal activity
- • For security concerns
- • For non-payment of fees
- • At our discretion with notice
You May Terminate:
- • At any time by ceasing use
- • By removing integration
- • By requesting account deletion
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes:
Direct Negotiation
Parties attempt to resolve dispute amicably within 30 days
Mediation
If unresolved, parties may seek mediation through a neutral third party
Arbitration
As a final resort, binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Notification
We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued Use
Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
